Physical and Occupational Therapist Benefits

In addition to Health Alliance associate benefits, we offer additional benefit programs for physical and occupational therapists.

Tuition Benefit Award Program

The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati is committed to providing opportunities for individuals to enter very challenging and rewarding health care careers. Our Health Careers Tuition Benefit Award Program demonstrates this commitment. The Tuition Benefit Award Program provides financial assistance to selected students enrolled in and accepted in health care career programs, who are in the final year of the program.

A tuition benefit award of $6,000 for tuition, fees, and textbooks will be awarded to the student. The student will, in turn, provide the Health Alliance with a 18-month full-time (32 hours or more per week) employment commitment after graduation working as a licensed physical therapist/occupational therapist (PT/OT).
